A New Path

I have dabbled in programming off and on for years, but never became proficient. In 2021 I decided to pursue computer science degree at Nashville Community College. However in mid-2023, upon my discovery of Ollama.ai, I found myself at a crossroads. It was my gateway into the expansive realm of machine learning, and it sparked both curiosity and an unwavering resolve to immerse myself in software development. Consequently, I left Nashville Community College as a full-time student. Deciding to try my hand at Nashville Software School’s full-time web development bootcamp.

The Forge of Front-End Development

Presently, I am engrossed in mastering front-end web development. With a particular focus on the nuances of the React framework. Currently I am discovering how to manipulate the web’s underlying dynamics.

Practical Endeavors and Experiments

Outside my academic pursuits, my explorations have ventured into the realm of practical application. From the creation of bash scripts to the development of rudimentary web interfaces utilizing Ollama and its API. My endeavors have been both a crucible for my skills and a window into the boundless potential of artificial intelligence. Advanced such as prompt configurations, dynamic testing, and the manipulation of parameters (temperature, top_p, top_k, and repeat penalty values) have served as both a playground and a proving ground for my growing expertise.
